Man With Giant Head – Sain Mumtaz:

Sain Mumtaz, a youth who has been diagnosed with a rare medical condition which has left him with a giant feet, hands and head. He is desperately seeking for a cure to this medical condition. 22-year-old Sain Mumtaz has been disfigured seriously by a condition known as Proteus syndrome that has caused specific areas of his body to continue to grow. Sain Mumtaz has gained the acceptance of locals in his village on the suburbs of Lahore, Pakistan. The medical condition has resulted in ongoing health problems and he is finding it increasingly difficult to move around.

It is widely believed that Sain suffers from a rare variation of the Proteus syndrome that also afflicted the famous Joseph Merrick alias the Elephant Man on account of the asymmetrical deformity on his skull and face. If Proteus syndrome is the confirmed diagnosis for his medical condition, then nothing can be done medically to bring down the weight of his huge limbs. His family still hopes that Sain is suffering from some type of over growth disorder which can be treated in the near future with medical technology and treatment getting more advanced and sophisticated.
